L'Écurie is a shop (located at 2050 m of altitude), in the historical
center of St Véran, and devoted exclusively to the products of Queyras,
these mountains far from all or almost, wedged between the chain of the
Jewel cases and that of the Viso Mount and labellized there is nearly 30
years in natural reserve. You
will find here the pork-butcheries of mountain (sausages, pots, game),
honeies pure nectar and their drifts (gingerbreads, nougats, candies,
hydromel, etc....), products of the wild plants, such as : alcohols, jams,
aperitifs, infusions, sap of birch, etc..., pastry makings confectionery:
tarts, beggar, fine chocolate, etc....
In the other
side, visit our friends of the handycraft industry of Queyras... good
